Llandudno is referred to as the "Gem of North Wales" with the finest crescent shaped bay in the Country. The 2 mile long sweeping beach joins The Great Orme and Little Orme with the Great Orme visible from the House.
There is much to see and do in the Town and surrounding areas. Visit the Bronze Age Copper Mine or travel to the summit of the Great Orme either by cable car or the Victorian Tramway.
A short walk along the Promenade will bring you to Venue Cymru, the North Wales Theatre, Arena and Conference Centre. The Town has abundant seating in all areas, making it ideal for those less mobile who enjoy just watching the World go by.
Llandudno is an ideal centre for touring the whole of North Wales. The beauty of Snowdonia, the grandeur of Conwy and Caernarfon are with easy reach with the contrasting rugged beauty of the island of Anglesey lending itself to a days excursion.

About The Area
There is more than could be achieved in one visit. Golf, climbing, cycling, canoeing and sailing, and miles of beautiful public footpaths, bridleways and open mountain areas to explore, and if you miss the cold of winter, we have bobsleigh and dry-slope ski runs.
Bring your camera, your telescope for our dark night skies, and be prepared to find even our seagulls entertaining!
